what is this creativity
What do you see in the picture? How would you call what you see? “You must start out creative or you will never really be in the ball game. …I counsel you then to be aware of your priceless gift of creativity, cultivate it as a pearl beyond price.” says Robert K. Greenleaf, the father of servant leadership ((Greenleaf, 1998), p. 98).
A servant leader will cultivate his/her gift of creativity and will help others to discover and develop their gift of creativity. Creativity is crucial – for leaders and for followers and for the success of organizations globally. In Greenleafs time and still today. That’s why the European Union has declared the year 2009 the year the “European Year of Creativity and Innovation 2009” (EYCI 2009). From their website:
Main objective of EYCI 2009

How creative are you? What do you see in the picture?
